Prieb Homes has become one of the largest homebuilder companies in the Kansas City metropolitan area. We are a family-owned, third-generation builder based in Olathe, Kansas. We strive to build quality, yet affordable new homes with our professional staff.

We recently opened a new model in Madison Ridge of Grey Oaks located in Shawnee, Kansas. The "Davidson II" is an expanded version of our popular Brady plan. The 2-story Craftsman lodge-style elevation compliments an interior showcasing an over-sized Kitchen with knotty alder cabinets w/hidden hinges and extra large kitchen island. All Kitchen counters have granite tops and boasts a large walk-in pantry. The large bow-bay Family room is featured with a stone fireplace. Brampton West in Lenexa, KS is one of our newest communities. Brampton West consists of 56 single family lots in the award winning Olathe School District, and the newest Olathe Northwest High School. The community is just a quarter mile south of Lake Lenexa and Park. Brampton West is located East of K-7 on Prairie Star Parkway, north of Monticello a quarter mile.
