Prieb Homes has become one of the largest home builder companies in the Kansas City metropolitan area. We are a family-owned, third-generation builder based in Olathe, Kansas. Since being established in 1979, we have built over 5,000 homes in the KC Metro. We strive to build quality, yet affordable new homes with our professional staff.

The Estates of Highland Ridge Subdivision is Shawnee's Perfect Little Secret ... The Woodland Manor Subdivision is located on Woodland, South of K-10. This subdivision can get you anywhere within 15 minutes. Woodland Manor is secluded between an estate lot community and the Stone Pillar Vineyard & Winery. It enjoys access to a community exclusive walking trail that connects to Olathe Schools, grades K-12. Close to grocery stores and retail shopping, with easy highway access. Prieb Homes has further committed to the Kansas City area by continuing the tradition of building great homes and communities.

Prieb Development has just closed on 163 acres and will be building nearly 400 home sites in Shawnee, just West of K7, between Johnson Drive & Shawnee Mission Parkway.

The community will be a signature Prieb Community, featuring two lakes, miles of walking trails, and an elaborate community pool and park with a playground area.
